The library is a part of the Information Management unit which is located in A-block ground floor. It has resources to support all areas of the curriculum covered in the Institute.
An e-learning centre within the library houses ten computers which are available for individual students for research and study purposes, and class groups accompanied by a teacher. It is advisable to book the computers ahead with library staff to ensure their availability. The unit also incorporates a video conference facility and conference room.
WiFi is available on campus to all currently enrolled TAFE Queensland students.
Public transport in Mount Isa is limited to taxi cabs only. All drivers will accept cab vouchers; however they do not have EFTPOS facilities.
Ample parking is available in various locations surrounding the TAFE buildings at no cost.
