No specific resources are required to successfully complete this course.

It is recommended that students have access to a reliable internet connection to access TAFE Queensland's online learning system, and a computer with up-to-date software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Flash Player. This equipment and software is available for students to use at all TAFE Queensland locations.

All resources and assessments are available and completed online using the learning management system, Connect.


The course is online with 10 weeks from start to finish to complete the unit. 4 -6 hours per week

Additional Costs

There are no additional costs to study this course.


Students will receive a Statement of Attainment for the unit once completed success from HLT47315 Certificate IV in Health Administration

Students can continue their studies in the medical field and enrol in a Certificate III in Basic Health Care; Certificate III or IV in Health Administration or the Diploma of Practice Management.
