Manage your career

Frontline Managers and Team Leaders are a vital and practical link in every organisation. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team. This program will provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students with the skills to lead and support others, foster good business networks and relationships, implement plans and projects, use effective problem solving strategies and promote continuous improvement in the workplace.
