Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Employees can gain recognition for the skills they gained through non-formal learning. Our professional trainers are able to identify and assess their experience and abilities. If their current skills are believed to meet todays industry standards, a full or part qualification may be awarded no matter how, when or where prior learning occurred. Our trainers can also identify any further training required to gain a qualification. This avoids any duplication of training, saving clients time and money. It also ensures clients employees have the best qualifications for today's industry.
